Bozzutos, Cheshire PD “Escorting” Turkeys To Local Dinner Tables

The Hometown Foundation and Bozzutos Inc, along with sponsors, will be donating 18,000 to 20,000 turkeys across Connecticut and the Northeast. They have multiple law enforcement agencies on board who will be escorting these turkeys safely to families in need. This Saturday, Nov. 21, the Cheshire Police Department along with state law enforcement will help escort 1,800 turkeys from Bozzuto’s Inc. in Cheshire to Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven. Local and state law enforcement will guide the way as these turkeys make their way to dinner tables across New Haven County. The turkeys will be distributed beginning at 9 a.m. in New Haven.
