The Town of Cheshire is providing a container at 1304 Waterbury Rd. (adjacent to the Town Garage) for disposal of residential grass clippings and leaves. Please note that no other items will be accepted. Disposal by commercial operations is not permitted. Residents must empty grass clippings and leaves out of the bag or container. Leaves may be in biodegradable bags. There is no charge. The container will be accessible from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. every Monday morning beginning May 1, and continuing through Oct. 30 (excluding Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day).
