Elim Park is hosting a Christmas Festival on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The atmosphere on the senior independent living campus will be filled with holiday sights and sounds including strolling Victorian carolers, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a decorated Christmas tree contest and silent auction, and complimentary refreshments. Shoppers may find the perfect gift at the festival tag sale and craft sale featuring handmade items created by Elim Park residents, and a bake sale including traditional Swedish breads.
A collection of paintings by Connecticut artist Don Greer will also be on display. The exhibit features over 40 large-format oil and watercolor paintings reflecting the New England countryside and coastline. Greer will be on-hand for the festival for a “meet and greet” with attendees.
Come and enjoy the spirit of the Christmas season with our family and friends at Elim Park. This is a free event and open to the community.
