Chamber Corner: Celebrating Local Businesses

The Cheshire Chamber of Commerce celebrated the arrival of two local businesses recently.

On Tuesday, July 12, the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Fine Cigars & Tobacco, located at 1070 South Main Street in Cheshire. The owners provided guests with a light lunch after the ceremony. This family-owned small business features a unique walk-in humidor (pictured), made of Spanish cedar, that contains a large variety of cigars. In addition to cigars, customers can find e-cigarettes, pipe tobacco products, humidors, and more inside the shop. Come down and check out the enormous selection at Fine Cigars & Tobacco next time you are shopping local!

On Wednesday, July 15, the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for LIFT Performance, located at 613 West Johnson Avenue in Cheshire. The gym is inside the D-Bat baseball and softball training facility and primarily focuses on training athletes who compete in those sports. LIFT Performance also helps non-athletes who are looking to get in better shape by creating custom fitness and nutrition programs tailored to the individual. LIFT Performance is owned by three brothers, Bryan, Connor, and Tyler Clark, who recently celebrated LIFT’s one-year anniversary!
