The Board of Education’s next meeting will be held tonight, Nov. 7, at Highland School, 490 Highland Ave. The meeting will be the BOE’s annual Elementary School Showcase.
This year, special educators, led by Elementary Supervisor of Special Education Robin Carey, will present on the continuum of services provided to students at the elementary level. Highlights will include the Intensive Education Program at Highland for students with Autism and other intensive needs, and the Bridges program at Doolittle that services students impacted by anxiety and/or trauma.
The meeting will be held in the school library and is open to all members of the public. It will begin at 7:30 p.m.
