Information on the Cheshire Fall Festival & Marketplace

The Cheshire Fall Festival & Marketplace, sponsored by the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce, will be held at Bartlem Park on Friday, Sept. 8, and Saturday, Sept. 9.

Friday night kicks the Festival off with a selection of food trucks, plus live music from “The Zoo” starting at 7 p.m.

The long-running cover band plays a variety of hits from the 1960s to the present era.

The events on Saturday get going at 10 a.m., with the musical performances scheduled to start shortly thereafter.

The music starts at 10:30 a.m. and goes to Saturday night. 

Here now is the list of performers/performances for Saturday:Main Stage schedule■10:30 - 11:30 a.m. – Sofia NunziaWith an interlude - the Cheshire High School Marching Ram Band■12 - 12:45 p.m. – Tranquility Bass■1:15 - 2 p.m. – The Joe Miller Band■2:30 - 3:15 p.m. – Big Fat Combo■3:45 - 4:30 p.m. – The Mudflaps■5 - 6 p.m. – Impostor■6:30 - 7:30 p.m. – The Cheshire Community Band■Fireworks at dusk

Second Stage schedule■JC Karate – 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m.■Cheshire Junior Cheerleading – 12 to 12:45 p.m.■Cheshire Cultural Diversity Association Inc. Dancers – 12:45 to 1:30 p.m.■Olympic Taekwondo – 1:30 to 2:15 p.m.

The food trucks expected to be on site for the Festival include:■Cousins Maine Lobster (lobster/seafood)■Bake Bake Hooray (cinnabuns, cookies,coffee, popsicles)■Dad's Cannoli Truck (cannolis)■Want a Waffle (waffles)■Blackie's Hot Dogs (hot dogs)■Los Mariachis on Wheels (Mexican)■Rolling Rolls (egg rolls)■Burning Peel Pizza (pizza)■Ted's Cheeseburgers (burgers, fries)■Kettle Korn Tiki Sweets and Treats (kettle corn)■Two Brothers (ice cream)

Also, The REMAX RISE BALLOON will be at the Park and Recreation Building on Sept. 9, subject to weather and the discretion of the operator. The cost is $20 per person.
