Wednesday – Pilates, via Zoom, 9:30 a.m.; Balance & Coordination, via Zoom, 10:30 a.m.; Get Fit with Brenda, via Zoom, 11:30 a.m.; Tai Chi for all levels, via Zoom, 1 p.m.; Handwriting Analysis Class, via Zoom, 1:15 p.m.

Thursday – Gentle Therapeutic Exercises with Kim, via Zoom, 12:15 p.m.

Friday – Art & Painting, via Zoom, 10:30 a.m.
