New POUND® / Rumbeo Class Demonstration – Tuesday, March 10, at 10:30 a.m. Take a complimentary demo class that transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. POUND is a cardio class, utilizing drumming sticks to promote higher cardiovascular energetic moves for toning and strength conditioning. British Landscapes Trip Presentation – Wednesday, March 11, at 1 p.m. Tracy O’Neill from Collette Travel will give an informative PowerPoint presentation highlighting the many places of interest to be visited on the upcoming British Landscapes trip, featuring England, Scotland and Wales. She will review the itinerary and answer questions. Registration is requested.

Keeping Memory Strong – Monday, March 23, at 10:30 a.m. Dementia Specialist Patty O’Brian will offer tips to keep the brain sharp and activities that challenge the mind. A complimentary bagel breakfast will be provided. Registration is required by Thursday, March 19.
Movie Matinee: “Ford vs. Ferrari” – Thursday, March 26, at 1 p.m. Automotive designer Carroll Shelby and racecar driver Ken Miles are recruited to design a car for Ford Motor Co. that has the potential to finally defeat the dominant Ferrari racing team. Stars Matt Damon and Christian Bale. Rated PG-13 (2 hours, 32 minutes). Registration is requested by Tuesday, March 24.
