Due to the uptick in COVID cases and recent guidelines set by the State of Connecticut, all indoor programs at the Cheshire Senior Center, 340 Maple Ave., are canceled until further notice.

Reflections Café – Mondays, Dec. 7 and 21, Jan. 11 and 25, from 5 to 6 p.m. Led by Andrea Sidoruk, MSW intern, this virtual group meets twice per month to make friends and share stories, including feelings about the challenges of living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, early Alzheimer’s or other dementia, from the comfort and safety of home. How to Stay Safe Online: Internet and Email Safety – Friday, Nov. 20, at 10:30 a.m. Via Zoom, discuss online browsing, current scams, and important information about being safe online. Weekly Trail Walks – Join local seniors for a walk on the Farmington Trail in Cheshire or the Quinnipiac Trail in South Meriden. Walking is a wonderful way for older adults to stay physically and mentally active. For more information, call Marge at (203) 272-3316.
