For the regular-season finale on Thanksgiving, Cheshire High School football (6-3) hosts Southington (8-1) at 10 a.m. Senior Day will run before the 26th Apple Valley Classic.
Pre-sale tickets for adults ($8) and students/senior citizens ($5) are being sold in the athletic offices of both schools. On game day, adult tickets will be $10, but the student/senior citizen price will stay the same.
With a nine-game win streak in the rivalry, Southington has a 16-9 advantage in the holiday series.
CHS is also selling tickets to the Third CHS Junior Class vs. Senior Class Powder Puff Contest on Nov. 23 at 12:30 p.m. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased for $5 and general admission will be $8 at the gate of the David B. Maclary Athletic Complex.
